Pay
Pay ranges are as follows:
- Customer Service: $22.55-$23.45 Hourly
- Sales: $21.90 Hourly
- Sales Support: $22.55-$23.45 Hourly
- Stock, Fulfillment and Delivery: $22.55-$23.45 Hourly
Commission rates vary based on the merchandise sold, with ranges from 3% to 14.5% for most sales roles, and 3% for Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles.
