PERKSCompetitive salary of $55,000 to $59,000Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off benefitsOpportunity to work alongside senior HR leadership and gain broad Human Resources experienceJoin a collaborative, mission-driven nonprofit healthcare organization making a lasting community impactStable, full-time onsite position with opportunities for professional growth and advancement RESPONSIBILITIESProvide administrative support to senior Human Resources leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence.Assist with onboarding, new hire orientation, leadership development programs, employee recognition initiatives, and special events.Maintain HR databases, employee records, job descriptions, policies, directories, and HRIS data while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Support compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking, annual compensation reporting, and benefits enrollment activities.Prepare reports, presentations, expense documentation, meeting materials, and committee minutes while coordinating departmental projects.Serve as the primary HR office receptionist while providing outstanding customer service to employees, vendors, and external partners. QUALIFICATIONSExperience supporting Human Resources, executive administration, or office operations in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; HRIS experience is a plus.
