Night Shift Alarm Monitor

Join our team in Long Beach, CA as a detail-oriented professional with a passion for security and customer service. This role is at the forefront of our 24/7 security operations, monitoring live and recorded camera footage to identify and respond to potential risks.

Responsibilities

• Review camera footage and assess potential security risk events.
• Understand and follow client-specific requirements and protocols.
• Deter suspicious or unwanted activity from client properties.
• Contact appropriate authorities (Police, Fire, Guard, etc.) with urgency.
• Answer inbound calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle special projects such as audits, process documentation, and research.
• Monitor camera alarms for assigned sites and act based on observed events and severity.
• Multitask using different computer programs.
• Work under pressure while observing and handling live criminal events.
• Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Maps effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality of legally protected information.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Must remain alert during working hours.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.

Pay

$20.00 / hour

Schedule

• Night shift: 10:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
• May include weekdays, weekends, and varying shifts.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
