Overnight Alarm Monitor

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as an Overnight Alarm Monitor, where you will be at the forefront of our security operations. In this role, you will monitor live and recorded camera footage to identify and respond to potential security risks, assess suspicious activities, follow client-specific protocols, and take swift action by contacting authorities when necessary. As an Escalations Specialist, you will multitask across various computer programs, communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Review camera footage and assess potential security risk events.
• Understand client-specific requirements and protocols.
• Deter suspicious or unwanted activity from client properties.
• Contact appropriate authorities with urgency (Police, Fire, Guard, etc.).
• Answer inbound calls while utilizing a multi-line phone system.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle special projects as assigned (audits, process documentation, research, etc.).
• Monitor camera alarms for assigned sites/stations and act accordingly based on the events and severity of activity observed.
• Multitask using different computer programs.
• Work under pressure while observing and handling live criminal events.
• Use Microsoft Office Word and Excel effectively.
• Use Google Maps effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality of legally protected information.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Remain alert during working hours and sit for long periods of time.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Must remain alert during working hours.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.

Pay

$20.00 / hour

Schedule

May include weekdays, weekends, and varying shifts. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
