Overview

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking an Overnight Monitor to support the safety and well-being of youth in their residential program in Lewisburg, PA. This role is essential in maintaining a secure, structured, and supportive environment during overnight hours.

Position Summary

The Overnight Monitor is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents while ensuring compliance with organizational policies during overnight hours. This role requires attentiveness, reliability, and the ability to respond appropriately to client needs and facility monitoring responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the entire shift
• Ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of all clients
• Maintain appropriate documentation and provide shift reports
• Support positive client routines and morning transitions
• Model appropriate behavior and encourage a calm environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED
• Preferred: Working with youth or in residential settings
• Preferred: Basic communication and documentation skills
