Night Safety Patrol - The Park at University Village

About the role

Koeslch Communities is seeking Night Safety Patrol personnel to join their team at The Park at University Village. This is a full-time opportunity with a pay range of $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience. NOC Shifts are available from 8PM to 6AM, Wednesday through Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Complete nightly rounds around the community according to the schedule
• Maintain surveillance of cameras and monitor activity to ensure the safety of residents and staff
• Safeguard exterior gates and doors of the community
• Keep the exterior of the building clean
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be drug-free and pass a urinary analysis drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
• Willingness to be active during the entire work shift
