Night Safety Patrol - The Park at University Village
About the role
Koeslch Communities is seeking Night Safety Patrol personnel to join their team at The Park at University Village. This is a full-time opportunity with a pay range of $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience. NOC Shifts are available from 8PM to 6AM, Wednesday through Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Complete nightly rounds around the community according to the schedule
- Maintain surveillance of cameras and monitor activity to ensure the safety of residents and staff
- Safeguard exterior gates and doors of the community
- Keep the exterior of the building clean
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be drug-free and submit to a Urinary Analysis Drug screening upon hire and routinely
- Must pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
- Willingness to be active during the entire work shift

Pay and Schedule
