Nighttime Security Guard/Outside Patrol Secure Lot

About the role

We are seeking a dependable, mature, and observant Nighttime Outside Security Guard to monitor and patrol our secure outdoor lot during overnight hours. The ideal candidate is reliable, alert, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Schedule

Night Shift, Monday–Thursday, 10:00 PM until 6:00 AM. Some weekends and holidays may occasionally be required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the outdoor lot on a regular schedule
• Monitor entrances, exits, and the perimeter for unauthorized activity
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or security concerns to management
• Maintain accurate shift logs and incident reports
• Ensure gates and access points remain secure
• Respond calmly and professionally to emergencies or unusual situations
• Communicate with management and law enforcement when necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous security experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work independently and remain attentive throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are a must
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Must be able to walk, stand, drive, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Background check required
