New York Office - Private Equity/M&A Mid-Level Associate

About the role

Winston & Strawn’s New York office is seeking a corporate associate to join our private equity and mergers and acquisitions group.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial sponsors and strategic buyers/sellers in leveraged buyouts, sell-side transactions, growth equity and minority investments, and related strategic transactions.

Requirements

• At least three years of M&A and/or private equity transactional experience in the corporate department of a top-tier law firm.
• Admission to the New York Bar.
