About the role

Candidates should have four to six years of M&A and/or private equity transactional experience in the corporate department of a top-tier law firm.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial sponsors and strategic buyers/sellers in connection with leveraged buyouts, sell-side transactions, growth equity and minority investments, and related strategic transactions.
• Act as lead associate on deals.
• Draft deal documents.
• Run diligence processes.
• Supervise both specialist teams and junior corporate associates.
