About the role

The ideal candidate will have four to six years of private equity experience, including the corporate aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and day-to-day operations involving Private Equity portfolio companies. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is required. The successful candidate will work with a variety of national and international clients, as well as with K&L Gates lawyers across the firm's global platform. Therefore, the ability to work flexible hours is critical.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with experienced lawyers to provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, possessing the ability to work as a self-starter.
  • Provide high-quality client service to a variety of national and international clients.

Requirements

Pay

Base Compensation $235,000 - $360,000 / year

Schedule

The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
