About the role

The rapidly growing New Jersey office of Fisher Phillips is seeking a Mid-Level Wage & Hour Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated litigation, including wage and hour issues
• Draft and argue motions related to wage and hour work
• Deal with class and/or collective wage/hour work
• Prepare witnesses for taking and/or defending depositions

Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation experience
• At least some level of experience with wage & hour work
• Excellent writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong academic credentials
• Commitment to personal growth and high-quality client service

Qualifications

• Admission to the New Jersey and New York Bars is required

Pay

The yearly salary range for this position is $170,000 - $195,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
