New Grad RN Residency

Position Overview

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for an 8–16 week RN Residency Program designed to support new graduates and experienced nurses in their transition to clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate medical-surgical nursing care across various specialties, including neurology, orthopedics, general surgery, telemetry, and oncology.
• Engage in hands-on clinical training, mentorship with preceptors, and participate in classroom learning to develop core nursing skills.
• Assist in patient assessments, prioritize care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Active RN license in Missouri or a compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and assist patients safely.
• Preferred: BSN, specialty certifications, and prior acute care experience.
