About the role

Ed Morse Automotive Group is currently looking for a New Car Sales Director to join our team. With 80+ years of industry experience, our expanding automotive group spans across FL, TX, OK, MO, MT, IL, IA, CO, and AZ with over 60+ locations, representing 40+ automotive, powersports, and motorcycle brands.

Responsibilities

• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Consult with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Writing complete orders and processing paperwork
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Work closely with other department managers to ensure cooperation and teamwork through the dealership
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and dealership policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years New Car Sales Management experience
• Attention to detail, prioritizing tasks, and overall good time management skills are a must
• Must have strong leadership skills, positive attitude, self-motivated, competitive, and must possess excellent communication and people skills
• Must hold a valid driver's license
