Brustolon Buick - GMC is seeking an experienced and dynamic New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Mystic, CT.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the new vehicle sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize showroom traffic and sales.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising of new vehicle stock.
Collaborate with the finance and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to dealership management.
Requirements
Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in new vehicle sales.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyze sales data and forecast market trends.
Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Knowledge of CRM software and dealership management systems is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
