Responsibilities
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Consult with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs
- Possess strong leadership skills, positive attitude, self-motivation, competitiveness, and excellent communication and people skills
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Write complete orders and process paperwork
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work closely with other department managers to ensure cooperation and teamwork through the dealership
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years New Car Sales Management experience
- Attention to detail, prioritizing tasks, and overall good time management skills are a must
- Must have a valid driver’s license
