Responsibilities

  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Consult with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs
  • Possess strong leadership skills, positive attitude, self-motivation, competitiveness, and excellent communication and people skills
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Write complete orders and process paperwork
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Work closely with other department managers to ensure cooperation and teamwork through the dealership

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years New Car Sales Management experience
  • Attention to detail, prioritizing tasks, and overall good time management skills are a must
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
