Responsibilities

- Negotiate contracts, managing documentation in Salesforce for pipeline visibility
- Collaborate with marketing on product launches and co-marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field; microbiology or nutrition specialization preferred
- 5+ years of success in new business development in nutraceuticals
- Strong relationships across U.S. markets and ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Capability to translate strategy into actionable plans and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Expertise in conceptual selling and handling complex sales cycles within matrix organizations
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills to meet customer needs
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical data to various audiences
