Neuro ICU Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Join a specialized neuro ICU team providing advanced care for patients with complex neurological conditions such as traumatic brain injuries, strokes, and spinal cord injuries. Role & Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation according to nursing standards.Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with interprofessional teams, patients, and families.Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Promote patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance while participating in ongoing professional development.Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. Qualifications & Skills RN licensure required; BSN preferred.Experience in ICU or neurological care is preferred; no experience necessary for entry-level candidates.Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and professionalism.
