Network Intelligence Advisor - US East

About the role

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute technical professional services projects
• Provide expert guidance on network observability and infrastructure optimization
• Uncover opportunities to enhance customer visibility via network data analysis
• Facilitate integration of the company with customers' tools and workflows
• Conduct technical check-ins to maintain customer success and identify new opportunities
• Channel customer requirements and feedback to Product Management
• Identify opportunities for expanding technical documentation to assist customers

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions engineering, professional services, or network engineering
• U.S. East Coast residency required
• Strong understanding of network and application protocols (e.g., Netflow, BGP, SNMP)
• Experience managing Cisco/Juniper routers and Linux servers
• Familiarity with observability tools like the company and Splunk
• Exceptional communication skills for technical discussions
• Understanding of DDoS attacks and mitigation methods
• Technical curiosity and eagerness to learn

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $144,000 – $168,000 annually
