Boss Your Pipeline
- Identify and target new clients across multiple regions and industries
- Prospect through outbound outreach, networking, and relationship building
- Research prospects to understand portfolios, needs, and service fit
Lead the Sales Process
- Run discovery conversations and uncover client needs
- Qualify opportunities based on fit, scope, and profitability
- Manage deals from first conversation through close
- Maintain clear pipeline visibility and consistent activity tracking
Close & Transition New Business
- Develop and present tailored service solutions
- Partner with operations to ensure solutions are executable
- Close new business and support a smooth transition to operations
- Stay engaged early to ensure client alignment and satisfaction
Expand Relationships
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships
- Partner with Account Managers to increase account value
- Build relationships with key decision-makers across portfolios
What You Bring
- Sales Drive & Ownership: 2–5 years in business development, sales, or similar role; proven ability to build pipeline and close new business; self-starter mentality with strong accountability to goals
- Industry Awareness (Preferred): Experience in landscaping, facilities services, or service-based industries; ability to quickly understand client needs and position solutions
- Relationship & Communication Skills: Comfortable engaging with decision-makers across industries; strong communication—clear, confident, and professional; ability to build trust and long-term partnerships
- Execution & Organization: Able to manage multiple opportunities across regions; strong follow-through from prospecting through close; consistent CRM usage and pipeline management
