Job Summary

The Manager for Business Development Representatives (BDR) team at Arch leads a high-performing group responsible for driving Arch’s top-of-funnel engine. This role involves owning all motions that generate qualified pipeline for Arch’s Account Executives, including outbound prospecting strategy, inbound qualification, activity performance, and cross-functional alignment with Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation goals and run weekly forecasting, performance reviews, and funnel analysis
  • Rewrite and refine outbound prospecting strategy, sequences, and messaging; ensure research-driven, personalized outreach
  • Oversee inbound lead triage, SLAs, and qualification standards; ensure smooth, complete handoffs to Account Executives
  • Maintain clean, accurate Salesforce data and drive consistent use of tools and processes
  • Partner with Marketing on targeting, campaigns, event follow-up, and persona-based messaging
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership on account prioritization
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top BDR talent; create repeatable onboarding and training frameworks

Requirements

  • 3+ years of BDR/SDR management experience with ownership of pipeline or meeting generation targets
  • 5+ years in BDR, SDR, inside sales, or related roles
  • Strong coaching capability and experience improving outbound messaging and prospecting performance
  • Proven ability to run rigorous forecast, activity, and funnel management cadences
  • SaaS/technology sales background and proficiency with Salesforce and modern prospecting tools
  • Obsessed with personal growth and feedback – both for yourself and your team
  • Excited by working hard, solving meaningful problems, and operating in a fast-moving environment

Bonus Points

  • Experience in both high-growth startups and scaled technology companies
  • Previously sold into wealth management, family offices, private equity, venture capital, accounting firms, or related financial services organizations
  • Deep understanding of Alternative Investments industry trends, products, and services

Qualifications

  • Strong team player with a track record of success in managing and developing teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in using Salesforce
