Who Are We Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with 4+ years of experience in international B2B/B2C sales, specifically targeting the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will be strategic, self-driven, and passionate about achieving sales targets while building strong client relationships and driving growth in cloud and enterprise solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Plan and execute strategies to win selected accounts in the U.S. market.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline in Dynamics CRM and submit accurate forecasts.
  • Take ownership of accounts, handling customer queries and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Establish networks with B2B and B2C decision-makers and convert relationships into sales.
  • Sources new opportunities using LinkedIn and other database tools.
  • Drive sales of Azure cloud services, including computing, storage, and enterprise solutions.
  • Provide tailored Azure solutions by collaborating with technical teams and ensuring seamless integration.

Bonus Points for Familiarity with:

  • ERP, CRM, BI sales experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Dynamics products.
  • Strong presentation skills for client-facing engagements.

Educational Requirement

B.Tech. + MBA (Marketing) preferred.
