About the role

This role supports two core functions for Logisnext National Accounts: Demo Fleet Management and Sales Project Management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the demo fleet end-to-end, ensuring asset readiness, utilization, and alignment with demo and rental needs to support sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive execution of RFIs/RFQs/RFPs, including coordination, margin analysis, and data tracking to improve bid quality, speed, and win rates.
  • Manage Demo Fleet by asset tracking, inspections, and maintenance. Standardize demo procedures, ensure asset readiness, and optimize utilization across demos.
  • Support all Demo and Rental needs by promptly locating, communicating availability, coordinating transportation, and ensuring timely returns to the Owner.
  • Closes out all invoices associated with these Requests.
  • Provides support to Logisnext National Accounts for all Requests For Information / Quotations / Proposals (RFl / RFQ / RFP), including managing the completion of all required data.
  • Duties include downloading, organizing, and uploading related files & data to customer procurement websites. When required, prepares RFP deal analysis.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to coordinate inputs.
  • Manages past bidding data by organizing, logging, and analyzing to identify trends and create reports to increase the success rate of winning bids.
  • Engages in continuous process improvements with an eye for detail to identify gaps in current trackers and reports to allow for more transparency, visibility, and growth.

Requirements

  • 2-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience leading demo or rental asset programs.
  • Willingness to drive and troubleshoot Forklifts as required.
  • Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment with strong organization, multi-project juggling, and deadline ownership.
  • Teamwork mentality and the ability to hold oneself and the Team accountable for commitments.
  • Pay strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a passion to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build strong internal/external relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Project Management Certifications (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with Logisnext products, batteries/chargers/attachments, and dealer operations (labor and STR rates).
  • Prior experience with SAP, BPCS, and AX.
  • Experience with CRM usage for sales/admin processes and pricing coordination inside/outside CRM.

Pay

The specific salary for a successful candidate will depend upon, among other legitimate factors, education, training, and/or experience.

Schedule

Standard 8-hour office hours, Monday - Friday. Hybrid, 3 days in the Office (required Tues, Wed, and Thurs) and 2 WFH. Some travel expected.
