MUNICIPAL PROJECT MANAGER

About the role

GCG is seeking a Municipal Project Manager to join our team in Phoenix or Mesa, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Civil Engineering and an Arizona Professional Engineer (PE) license, with at least 8 years of experience in civil engineering. Proficiency in software such as Civil3D, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, WaterCAD, and SewerCAD is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage municipal infrastructure projects from conception to completion
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope and objectives
• Lead project teams and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Oversee design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and clients

Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering
• AZ PE license
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience
• Proficiency in Civil3D, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, WaterCAD, SewerCAD

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
