About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse providing general nursing care within a medical practice setting.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document patient measurements and data
- Assist with examinations and treatments under the supervision of healthcare providers
- Support patient self-care and adherence to care plans
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and a safe environment
- Participate in quality improvement, continuing education, and team communication
- Respond to patient requests and communicate effectively with healthcare team members
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited LPN program
- Current New York State LPN licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six weeks of hire
