MS A/P Specialist
Job Summary
Reporting to the Billing Manager this role is responsible for the timely and accurate entry of internal pricing in our accounting system as well as payment of our material and haul purchases.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the timely and accurate entry of material sales pricing in our Point of Sale and Accounting System
- Responsible for the payment of all incoming material purchases
- Payment of all haul invoices (internal transfers, incoming material, and customer hauls)
- Work closely with the billing department to resolve pricing discrepancies between vendor invoices and ticket information
- Work with the internal sales department on accurate haul pricing for customer deliveries
- Agregate Scale Operator (Floater) - Ticketing and weighing trucks purchasing stone at plant locations
- Primary back-up for the receptionist - Answering and directing incoming calls to appropriate individuals
Job Requirements
- 1 year experience in Accounts Payable
- Associates degree preferred
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office programs (word, excel, outlook)
- High attention to detail
- Excellent phone manners and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance a variety of job duties simultaneously.
- The initiative to cross-train and learn new tasks as assigned
