MR Sales Support Professional
About the role
The MR Sales Support Professional partners closely with the MR sales organization to drive growth, expand market adoption, and support strategic business initiatives across assigned territories. This role collaborates with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and advance the sales pipeline through all stages of the customer journey. The successful candidate combines strong communication, organizational, and business development skills with a passion for improving access to MRI and advancing innovative healthcare technologies. This position requires a highly motivated professional who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is willing to travel to support customers, sales activities, and key business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the sales team to identify, develop, and advance opportunities within emerging market segments, helping drive growth and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders to understand customer needs and support successful sales outcomes.
- Contribute to territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline development by identifying market trends, tracking opportunities, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
- Guide the customer sales support process related to product demonstrations or presentations, new product training, trade shows, field sales support, and pricing.
- Manage key sales support activities, including proposal development, quote coordination, sales order administration, and follow-up actions, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Energized by travel and enjoy building relationships with customers, sales teams, and partners in the field.
- Experience selling capital equipment with long sales cycles and understand how to cultivate opportunities from initial interest through final purchase decisions.
- Experience in medical imaging, healthcare technology, or a related field and can confidently discuss clinical and business value with customers.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications, CRM platforms, and other business tools used to manage customer relationships, opportunities, and sales performance.
- A strong presenter and communicator who can clearly articulate complex concepts to a wide range of audiences, from frontline users to executive decision-makers.
- Passionate about expanding access to MRI, advancing healthcare innovation, and driving adoption of technologies that improve patient care and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field.
- Experience in sales (Medical Imaging sales preferred).
- Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success at meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $105,150 - $144,584. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission-eligible position, the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
