Sales Strategy & Support
- Partner with Sales to develop strategic approaches for pitches, including pre-meeting research, positioning, and messaging.
- Prepare and customize pitch decks and supporting materials tailored to each prospect and vertical.
- Adapt and refine case studies to align with specific prospect needs and conversations.
- Capture meeting notes and support timely, effective follow-ups in partnership with Sales.
Messaging, Storytelling & Thought Leadership
- Craft compelling stories and outreach messaging tailored to specific industries and verticals.
- Curate and share relevant current events, industry news, and articles to support sales outreach efforts.
- Track and synthesize social media trends and emerging AI trends to inform sales narratives and prospect conversations.
Social & Brand Presence
- Rethink, develop, and execute a cohesive LinkedIn strategy for the entire sales team to improve visibility, engagement, and prospecting effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and content ideas to help sales leaders build authentic, consistent thought leadership.
Project Management
- Manage version control and distribution of sales collateral across teams, ensuring the team always has access to the latest decks, case studies, and materials.
- Own timelines for content requests from Sales, tracking progress from request through delivery.
- Cook up cross-functional input (Client Services, Marketing) needed to complete materials on deadline.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between Client Services and Sales to support smooth handoffs and ensure up-to-date performance metrics, results, and success stories are incorporated into outreach and pitch materials.
- Cook up all sales and marketing gifting initiatives to support prospecting and relationship building.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales support, sales enablement, marketing, or a related client-facing/content role.
- Demonstrated experience building polished sales decks, presentations, or client-facing materials (PowerPoint/Google Slides proficiency required; Canva a plus).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data, trends, or research into a compelling narrative for a specific audience.
- Experience managing a LinkedIn or social presence for an individual, team, or brand (personal branding, thought leadership content, or company social strategy).
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent content requests and deadlines across different stakeholders (project management mindset).
- Strong collaborator who can work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Services, and Marketing, translating input from multiple sources into a single cohesive deliverable.
- Excellent attention to detail — this role is customer-facing by proxy, so materials need to be error-free and on-brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Pay
$75,000-$90,000 base salary
Base salary is determined by several factors including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. These factors are considered when making an offer of employment.
