MPN Marketing Manager, Strategic Partnerships and Media
Job Summary (Primary Function)
The MPN Marketing Manager of Strategic Partnerships and Media plays a pivotal role in several key marketing accountabilities including the strategic development and execution of local, regional and national conferences/conventions, HCP personal promotion, media execution, and marketing budget oversight.
Essential Functions Of The Job (Key Responsibilities)
End to end ownership of local, regional, and national conference plan
Identify and optimize strategic partnerships with MPN related professional organizations/societies that help ensure success in meeting key promotional objectives
Partner closely with Omni Channel Strategy lead and internal media team to spearhead media tactics and optimize the brand’s media presence and connectivity
Identify and analyze market insights to help inform brand strategy and tactical plans
Serve as key collaborative partner with medical, legal and regulatory colleagues as a part of ongoing promotional review processes
Execute cross marketing strategic initiatives and serve as a key Marketing point of contact for these initiatives with internal stakeholders; Sales, GPO Team, Medical Team, Operations
Collaborate with external oncology stakeholders including healthcare professionals to inform strategic and tactical workstreams
Autonomously collaborate with agency partners to ensure timely and optimal execution of the marketing plan
Maintain a high degree of therapeutic area and competitor knowledge
Oversee marketing budget allocation, spending and governance
Enhance the MPN High Performance Team culture with a customer centric, collaborative, solution oriented, and ownership-driven approach
Qualifications
At least 2 years of related brand marketing experience in a biopharma/pharma setting
Hematology/Oncology experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience working with agencies and managing budgets
Ability to develop multi-channel promotional plans
Strong leadership and prioritization skills
Strong communication and analytical capabilities
