Move-In Coordinator - Assisted Living Community
Job Description
Assist incoming residents with all facets of transition and move to the property.
Support marketing team by assisting with tours, responding to telephone inquiries, hosting functions, and community outreach as needed.
Aid in the sales process with prospects and in the production of reports.
Cook up plans for refurbishing, cleaning, and inspecting units after move-outs and before move-ins.
Pass along incoming residents' special needs or requirements to the right people.
Qualifications
- No experience is needed, though previous sales experience is preferred.
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in details.
- Outgoing personality with a knack for communication across departments and with residents and their families.
