Move-In Coordinator (Independent Sr. Living Community)

About the Role

As the Move-in Coordinator at our Verena at Delray location (Delray Beach), you will ensure a smooth and successful transition of new Residents into our Independent Senior Living resort-style community. This role serves as a bridge between residents, families, and the company, providing the best possible experience for all.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with new Residents and families to finalize paperwork and admission requirements.
• Handle move-in coordination, including move-in day activities, arrangements, parking, and utilities.
• Provide sales support (non-sales role) and take over customer relationships post-sale, leading administrative tasks and communication through move-in.
• Compile accurate and timely reports, including weekly activity reports.
• Participate in sales meetings and implement protocols to assist new Residents’ transition into the community.
• Coordinate event details with Associates in other departments and encourage teamwork through cooperative interaction.
• Support a positive and professional image through actions and appearance.
• Maintain inventory of marketing collateral and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Promotes the community positively and effectively communicates its values to Residents, families, visitors, and Associates.
• Creative, energetic, enthusiastic, patient, flexible, encouraging, and team-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other marketing-related software.
• Desire to serve seniors and strong problem-solving skills.

Schedule

Ideal schedule: Sunday – Thursday (off Friday/Saturday).
