Responsible for the overall profitability by directing sales and business development, ensures that the center achieves its goals and meets operational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Management and leadership duties including employee development, ongoing coaching and performance management
• Prepare for the continued growth of the center by recruiting top talent in the market
• Assist consumers in obtaining or applying to obtain a residential mortgage loan, including taking residential mortgage loan applications and offering or negotiating terms
