Responsibilities
- Directs sales and business development to achieve overall profitability
- Manages and leads employee development, ongoing coaching, and performance management
- Recruits top talent in the market, hires, trains, motivates, supports, and conducts performance evaluations
- Prepares for the continued growth of the center
- Assists consumers in obtaining or applying to obtain a residential mortgage loan
- Monitors the quality of loans originated and ensures compliance with regulations
- Coaches, motivates, trains, leads, and conducts performance evaluations
- Conducts meetings and presentations with referral relationships
- Originate loans by taking customer loan applications, analyzing financial information, and discussing available options and products
- Maintains relationships with referral sources and responds to and follows up on leads
- Marks, services, and promotes the Company’s loan products
Qualifications
- Two or more full-time direct reports
