Job Summary

Responsible for the overall profitability by directing sales and business development, ensuring the center achieves its goals and meets operational objectives. Manages and leads employees through employee development, ongoing coaching, and performance management. Recruits top talent in the market for continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Takes residential mortgage loan applications and offers or negotiates terms
• Recruits, hires, trains, and motivates top talent
• Prepares and controls budgets and income goals within company guidelines
• Maintains and communicates goals and performance standards within the team
• Maintains quality of loans originated and ensures compliance with regulations
• Coaches, motivates, trains, and conducts performance evaluations
• Conducts meetings and presentations with referral relationships
• Originate loans by collecting asset/income information, analyzing customer financial information, and discussing available options and products
• Maintains product knowledge and stays updated on market changes
• Negotiates rates and terms
• Establishes and maintains relationships with referral sources and responds to and follows up on leads
• Marks, services, and promotes the Company’s loan products

Requirements

Two or more full-time direct reports.
