Financial Management Mgr - L5

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Financial Management Mgr - L5 to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This remote leadership role will guide financial management efforts tied to a major enterprise transformation. The position will oversee data conversion, testing coordination, and performance management activities that support finance operations and broader program execution. This is a hands-on opportunity to partner with stakeholders and leadership while helping ensure new systems, processes, and reporting are implemented effectively.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of data conversion and testing leads
• Coordinate testing efforts for enterprise ERP and PPM systems
• Oversee data mapping and conversion for finance data
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Perform financial analysis and establish performance management activities

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Program Finance systems and processes
• Strong understanding of change management fundamentals
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strategic thinker with a grasp of new processes
• Enthusiasm for training and onboarding teams on new systems

Pay

$137,100 – $254,700 annually
