About the role
The Financial Management Manager leads financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance-management activities that drive sound business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
- Consolidate financial results and produce monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop data analytics, visualizations, and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP regulations and maintain robust internal controls.
- Provide subject-matter expertise for proposal development, cost estimates, and contract negotiations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- Strong EVMS (Earned Value Management System) skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process-oriented, structured problem solver.
- Interest in technical details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Excel pivot tables, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of EVMS business rhythms.
- Knowledge of financial business rhythms (monthly/quarterly forecasting).
- Leadership skills in an L-coded position.
- Basic AI knowledge and utilization.
- Dashboard visualization, creation, and utilization.
- Experience working full Earned Value Management defense programs and associated cost tools and analysis.
- SAP, COBRA, or Oracle experience.

Pay
Full-time salary range: $109,700 – $203,700.
