- Maintains quality of loans originated and ensures compliance
- Coaches, motivates, trains, leads, and conducts performance evaluations
- Conducts meetings and presentations with referral relationships
Additional Responsibilities
- Originate Loans
- Takes customer loan applications
- Collects asset/income information from customers
- Analyzes customer financial information to determine qualification for loans
- Discusses available options and products with the customer base
- Maintains product knowledge and stays updated on market changes
- Negotiates rates and terms for loans
- Establishes and maintains relationships with referral sources
- Responds to and follows up on leads
- Marks, services, and promotes the Company’s loan products
