Responsible for

• Employee development

• Motivates and supports employees to achieve maximum production levels
• Establishes and controls budget and income goals within company guidelines
• Ensures goals and performance standards are met and communicated within the team
• Maintains budget and income goals within company guidelines
• Monitors the quality of loans originated and ensures all loans adhere to compliance regulations
• Coaches, motivates, trains, leads, and conducts performance evaluations
• Conducts meetings and presentations with referral relationships

Additional Responsibilities

• Assists consumers in obtaining or applying to obtain a residential mortgage loan
• Takes residential mortgage loan applications and offers or negotiates terms
• Recruits, hires, and trains top talent in the market
• Originate Loans
• Takes customer loan applications, collects asset/income information, analyzes customer financial information to determine customer qualification for various loans
• Acts as a mortgage loan advisor to customer base and discusses available options and products
• Maintains product knowledge and stays up-to-date on changes to market conditions
• Negotiates rates and terms
• Establishes and maintains relationships with referral sources and responds to and follows up on leads
• Marks, services, and promotes the Company’s loan products
