Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned retail positions from entry-level through mid-level store leadership.
• Sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, feedback collection, and offer facilitation.
• Partner with HR and Retail Leadership to identify hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified retail talent for immediate and future needs.
• Support the development of store leadership recruitment capabilities by providing guidance and resources.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers, align on position requirements, and advise on interview structure and candidate assessment.
• Provide regular updates on search status and recruitment progress to stakeholders.
• Monitor early-tenure retention and share recruitment and new-hire trends with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including at least 1-2 years supporting entry-level through mid-level retail recruitment.
• Luxury retail recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail organizational structures, store operations, and talent profiles.
• Demonstrated full-cycle recruitment expertise, strategic sourcing capabilities, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and commitment to delivering a high-touch candidate experience.
• Data-driven and process-oriented, with proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
