Mobile Service Coordinator/ BDC

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule mobile service appointments efficiently and accurately.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding promptly to customer inquiries and service requests.
- Manage service follow-ups, customer reminders, and appointment confirmations.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of service appointments and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with technicians and sales teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize dealership management systems to track and update customer information and service records.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a service coordinator, BDC, or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
