Mobile services Coordinator

About the role

The Mobile Services Coordinator is responsible for organizing the pickup and delivery of customer vehicles to and from the service department. This includes providing detailed productivity reports, making calls to customers using an appointment scheduler software, coordinating a loaner vehicle fleet, and using mobile devices to work within approved apps.

• Cookier vehicle fleet coordination
• Use mobile devices in approved apps

Requirements

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM with occasional overtime
• Reporting to the Service Manager and Fixed Operations Director
• Customer service skills required
• Clean driving record
