Responsibilities
- Cook up and schedule mobile service appointments to optimize technician availability and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians.
- Manage service requests, track progress, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
- Aid in resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and basic computer skills.
