Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries they may have
- Answer inbound calls for Service Department and dispatch calls as necessary
- Absorb customers over the phone and in person in scheduling service needs, being sure to capture all needed information
- Place outbound calls to follow up on voicemails received
- Place outbound calls to confirm future appointments
- Review schedule for clarity and confirmation daily
- Follow up on appointments booked via our website
- Absorb and inspect new vehicles as they are delivered from the factory
- Assist in scheduling pick up and deliveries of customer vehicles as needed
- Train and assist our existing Mobile Service Coordinator
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled
- Spend quality time building relationships with the customers
- Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer’s vehicle
- Additional miscellaneous duties as needed
Qualifications
- 2 years + customer service experience, auto and service, preferred
- Customer skills
- DMS Experience Preferred
- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Willing and able to pass pre-employment testing, such as a background check, MVR check, and drug testing.
