Job Summary

The Mobile Clinic Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients in the mobile health setting. This position coordinates and supports mobile health services at community sites to reduce barriers to healthcare access and strengthen community relationships.

Primary responsibilities

  • Patient registration
  • Scheduling
  • Referral coordination
  • Medical record management
  • Supporting program compliance, reporting, and data tracking
  • Ordering and maintaining inventory of office and medical supplies (including vaccines)
  • Collaborating with ICHS programs and community partners to promote services and outreach to patients, families, and the broader community

Education & Experience

  • HS/GED Required, Associates’ Degree Preferred
  • Four (4) years or experience in a clinical setting, with one (1) year in a lead role preferred

Other Requirements

  • Valid Washington State Driver’s license, proof of insurance and ability to travel within King County
  • Ability/willingness to drive Mobile Health Van (cargo van/Sprinter van) strongly preferred
  • Fluency in English is required: additional fluency in another language is valued
