Midlevel to Senior Real Estate Associate

About the role

The ideal candidate will have three to eight years of experience advising clients on the purchase, sale, and financing of real estate assets, in addition to experience with real estate due diligence, leasing transactions, development, and joint ventures. Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with experienced lawyers across our US Real Estate platform who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
  • Independently handle complex real estate matters, including purchase, sale, and financing of real estate assets.
  • Conduct real estate due diligence, manage leasing transactions, and participate in development and joint venture projects.

Pay

Base Compensation $225,000 - $400,000 / year. The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
