About the role

The ideal candidate will have three to eight years of experience advising clients on the purchase, sale, and financing of real estate assets, in addition to experience with real estate due diligence, leasing transactions, development, and joint ventures. Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice is preferred. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers across our US Real Estate platform who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.

Benefits

Base Compensation $225,000 - $400,000 / year. The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
