Midlevel Corporate Associate - Mergers & Acquisitions

About the role

We are seeking a mid-level associate corporate attorney with substantial M&A experience for any of our offices in the Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York or Boston.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on corporate matters.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm.
• Active membership in the Bar of the jurisdiction where the office is located.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Eligibility to sit for or waive into the next bar exam in the state of the office applied to, or already barred in that state.

Pay

The anticipated range for this position is $260,000 – $310,000. The actual base salary offered may vary based on qualifications, years of experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
