Midlevel Corporate Associate - Mergers & Acquisitions

About the role

We are seeking a mid-level associate corporate attorney with substantial M&A experience for any of our offices in the Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York or Boston.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on corporate matters.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm.
• Active membership in the Bar of the jurisdiction where the candidate will work.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be barred in the state of the office applied to or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Pay

The anticipated range for this position is $260,000 – $310,000. The actual base salary may vary based on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors. A discretionary bonus may also be available for eligible employees.
