Midlevel Corporate Associate - Mergers & Acquisitions

About the role

We are seeking a mid-level associate corporate attorney with substantial M&A experience for any of our offices in the Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York or Boston.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm
• Active Bar member of the jurisdiction in which you will be working, or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam in the state of the office you are applying for
• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies

Pay

The anticipated range for this position is $260,000 - $310,000. The actual base salary offered may depend on qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and location. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
