Midlevel Corporate Associate - Mergers & Acquisitions

About the Role

We are seeking a mid-level associate corporate attorney with substantial M&A experience for any of our offices in the Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York or Boston.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm
• Active Bar member of the jurisdiction in which they will be working, or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam in the state of the office they are applying for
• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is a positive

Pay

The anticipated range for this position is $260,000 - $310,000. Actual base salary offered may depend upon qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and location.
